Participation in policy processes

Our initiatives are aimed at enhancing deliberative policy process where all legitimate stakeholders get informed, constructively engaged, contribute to the process and assume ownership of policy outcomes. We carry out documentation, strategic analysis and subsequently produce credible evidence which contributes to informed debate on the issue in question. We are also involved with formal policy processes such as forest sector interim strategy, REDD process including preparation and implementation of Readiness Preparation Proposal (RPP), and NAPA process. We provide critical input during meetings, provide comments on the formal policy documents as requested by the authorities or sometimes provide written comments on specific policy processes
