The primary focus of this publication is on the issue of democratization of forestry sector in Nepal. Rights of the local community, governance and management issue of Terai forest are another major issue covered in the journal. Similarly, the innovative practices of Terai CFUGs to address the current issues of equity and inclusion of distant users are also discussed.
