Workshop on “Community Rights and Local Governance Interface on Natural Resources Management: An Issue of the New Constitution Making Process” on 21 February 2010 at Sap-Falcha Babarmahal Katmandu where, the participants discussed openly on the theoretical and practical issues related to the community rights and local government in Nepal focusing on the constitution making processes in the country. The participants (representatives of local government association and community organizations in Nepal) discussed upon the four presentations made by the experts and the way forward for the significance of the collaboration between these two regimes- the community organizations and local government associations in Nepal.
