Dr. Prakash Babu Adhikari is working as a senior researcher at ForestAction. He is a plant molecular biologist with international postdoctoral experience and a strong interest in applying rigorous research to practical challenges in biodiversity conservation and sustainable rural agriculture. Trained in plant reproduction, gene regulation, and translational biotechnology, he has contributed to 15+ peer-reviewed publications and brings solid expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and bioinformatics (Python/R), along with clear scientific writing and mentoring experience. Having previously worked with ForestAction Nepal on two occasions (in 2013 and again in 2017), he returns with a deeper research background and a collaborative mindset, aiming to strengthen evidence-based programming through robust data analysis, research design, and interdisciplinary collaboration that links biological science with community and landscape-level outcomes.
