Expression of Interest (EOI) – Vendor Listing

ForestAction Nepal

ForestAction (Forest Resources Studies and Action Team) Nepal, established in 2000, is a non-profit, learning-oriented organisation working in the areas of forestry, biodiversity, and landscape; agriculture and food system; climate change and DRR; sustainable livelihoods; and GEDSI. Utilising an interactive approach to research and policy engagement, ForestAction Nepal collaborates with researchers, civil society, and government agencies to achieve sustainable and equitable natural resource management. By blending professional knowledge with citizen power for transformative change, ForestAction Nepal disseminates knowledge products through diverse publications.

ForestAction Nepal hereby invites applications from qualified and interested vendors/suppliers for vendor registration for the Fiscal Year 2082/83. The purpose of this notice is to prepare and update the organization’s vendor list for the supply of office equipment and related items.

The competent suppliers for the following category, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Laptop/Computer

b. GPS Devices

c. Projector

d. Camera

e. Other related office equipment

f. Hospitality, Catering and Event Venueaccommodation services for meetings, workshops, and events

g. Ticketing/Vehicle Rental

h. Technology and IT Services

i. Furniture and Fixtures

j. Printing and Promotional Materials

k. Video Documentary

Interested vendors are requested to submit their application for vendor enlistment along with the following mandatory documents:

a. Company/Business Registration Certificate

b. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

c. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate

Vendors who commit to complying with the following policies of ForestAction Nepal are eligible to apply for listing: Child Protection Policy; Environmental and Social Safeguard Policy; Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) Policy; Gender and Social Inclusion Policy; Anti-terrorism Policy; Disability Policy; Integrity Check Policy; Fraud Control Policy; and Policy on Field Work Safety. The organization will review all submitted applications and eligible vendors will be enlisted in the approved vendor list for Fiscal Year 2082/83 for future procurement of office equipment.

Note: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without providing any reason.
