Community Forestry Management Trainings were organized in three clusters of RPISF project districts -Baglung, Lalitpur and Nawalparasi districts. The main objective of this training was to sensitize local volunteers about the management aspects of community forests including key principles of forest management, defining objectives of forest management, understanding meanings of inventory data and implementation of prescriptions of operational plans. In addition, discussions were also facilitated on the issues such as Climate Change, Environmental Impact Assessment/Initial Environment Examination, Paying for Environmental Services, etc. Total participants of the training was 76, consisting of 39 Female and 64 Male.
