Plant taxonomy and conservation
Mr. Poudel is an early career plant taxonomist with a Master’s degree in Botany from the Central Department of Botany, Tribhuvan University, earned in 2022. He has a particular interest in the taxonomy and conservation of lowland flowering plants and has been actively engaged in taxonomic surveys throughout different regions of Nepal. He is passionate about applying taxonomic knowledge to real-world conservation challenges.
