BAGAR (Building Agroforestry-Based Adaptation Plans for Resilient Floodplains) project funded by Global EbA Fund, is jointly implemented by ForestAction Nepal, Heifer International Nepal, and Small Earth Nepal  in Rautahat and Sindhuli districts. As part of this initiative, an informative poster has been developed to raise awareness among local communities about the basics of agroforestry practices. It provides a simple introduction to agroforestry and highlights its important role in building flood-resilient livelihoods.

The poster illustrates where agroforestry works best and demonstrates practical ways to integrate trees with crops and livestock to help reduce flood risks.

It also emphasizes inclusivity in agroforestry by encouraging the active participation of women, youth, and marginalized communities, ensuring equitable benefit sharing and sustainable outcomes for all.

परियोजना अन्तर्गत, स्थानीय समुदायमा कृषि वन अभ्यासहरूको आधारभूत जानकारी र सचेतना अभिवृद्धि गर्न जानकारीमूलक पोस्टर तयार गरिएको छ। यसले कृषि वनको परिचय दिँदै बाढी उत्थान्शील जीविकोपार्जनमा यसको महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकालाई उजागर गर्दछ।
पोस्टरले कृषि वन कहाँ बढी प्रभावकारी हुन्छ भन्ने देखाउनुका साथै, बाढी जोखिम न्यूनीकरण गर्न रुख, बाली र पशुपालनलाई कसरी व्यावहारिक रूपमा एकीकृत गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने उदाहरणहरू प्रस्तुत गर्दछ।

साथै, यसले कृषि वनमा समावेशितालाई पनि प्राथमिकता दिँदै महिला, युवा र सीमान्तकृत समुदायहरूको सक्रिय सहभागितालाई प्रोत्साहन गर्दछ, जसले समान लाभ वितरण र दिगो परिणाम सुनिश्चित गर्दछ।
